Kail Works It Out!

Kail wants to loose weight and get in shape and she wants to do it now! She recently bought the "Insanity" workout program. One designed to give you 2 years worth of work outs in just 60 days.

  2. Same here... money is always the problem, but I do work outs using work out videos I find on youtube. It's free that way! And I eat smaller portions of food. Last Thanksgiving I discovered I was overweight. Then last Christmas I checked my weight and I lost 14 lbs! NO LIES!!!

  3. 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels Is wayy better. Its actually pretty similar but more girl oriented and of course it came out first. It replaces hours at the gym. I know people who swear by it and It has work for myself as well. You can get it for as low as $4 on amazon, no joke. Seriously, google that shit before u go spending 100..

  4. I bought insanity to just get in shape. I did it 6 days a week for one month. I only noticed difference in my legs (muscle) and didn't loose any weight which wasn't my goal though. It got too much because I don't get home until 6 and would workout then eat. Couldn't eat before because I would get sick. I bought Jillian michaels 6 week 6 pack 3 weeks ago. I've lost a couple pounds but have noticed a difference in my stomach. 5 days a week and 35 mins long. Only cost $10 at wal mart.

  5. I do Jillian or an hour and a half of tennis at least 5 days a week. I've lost 8 pounds but many more inches since doing so. I love it. & not even necessarily eating healthier is needed.Just eat less of the junk. I used to eat pizza at least 3 times a week and now I have once if that. I used to rarely eat fruits or veggies now I make sure to get AT LEAST 1 serving a day. Any little bit helps! :)))

  6. I thought the point of teen mom was to show.how.hard it is to be one. Yet it seems like they all live better than those of us who have 2 incomes. Way to promote teen pregnacy.

  8. Kail, her BF and BF's brother paid for the DVD set together and they are all doing it together. Even if she bought it herself, it's her money that she works hard to get just like everyone else.

  9. I do Zumba 3 times a week and try to get at lease 30 mins of exersize a day...
    I watch what I eat but won't lie I mess up sometimes..I get one cheat day a week (Sat)
    Since Christmas I have lost 20 pounds (I want to do it slow and steady) I notice more tone then weight lost
    Which is what I wanted
    And I downloaded mine off the internet
