Amber's Not Getting Evicted!

According to a new article from Starcasm.net Amber is not going to have an eviction on her name.

"Amber appeared before a judge yesterday in regards to whether or not she was going to be legally evicted from a home that no longer houses any of her personal items. The judge decided since she was already in the process of moving out prior to going to jail, where she still remains, that she will not be evicted."

As you all know, Amber is in jail right now due to a probation violation, so she is not living in the home. She recently had everything moved out of the house.

The property owner, Asbury Glen Homes, is now responsible for full control of the home. There’s another court date set for March 14 that will deal with what money is owed. Even though Amber wont be living there anymore, fortunately this can all be worked out without Amber having to deal with an eviction. Hopefully this will lighten her load of stress at least a little bit.
As for the case about her probation violations and being in jail, she is scheduled for a hearing tomorrow.
