Are Maci and Kyle Over?

There have been some rumors flying around about Maci and Kyle having problems for a while now. While in California filming Dr. Drew's Lifechangers (airing tomorrow at 3pm on the CW btw) they reportedly got into a huge fight that resulted in them being kicked out of their hotel.

Since then the two have started to not communicate via twitter as much and now have stopped completely. They can't come right out and say what is going on due to the chains of MTV contracts, but it seems like all signs point to them being broken up.

Check out this series of recent tweets and retweets by the two:

Kyle is no longer following Maci on Twitter, and has reportedly changed his personal Facebook relationship status to “single,”  A reliable source tells Starcasm that "Maci has moved out and is currently staying with her girlfriends."

I think its possible guys that the couple have split. Whether or not this is temporary or permanent is still to be figured out but to me it all seems true.

Amber Gets Another Chance!

Amber had a hearing today so the judge could decide whether or not to accept her plea deal of going to rehab instead of prison. The judge decided to give her another chance.

"TMZ broke the story ... Amber struck a plea deal with prosecutors in her drug case last month- a deal that would allow Amber to avoid a 5-year prison sentence by completing a court-mandated drug rehabilitation program. An Indiana judge approved the deal today."

If Amber successfully completes the Madison County Drug Court program, her drug case will be entirely dismissed! If she is unable to complete the program she will be sent to prison.

Amber will remain in custody pending a full evaluation by the Drug Court team (Which could take up to two weeks ) Once accepted into the program, the judge will release her.

Amber is still in jail for the time being but as soon as everything is finalized she will be a free woman. She plans to stay with her grandmother until she gets her life back in order. I'm sure a visit with Leah will be her first destination when she gets out.

UPDATE: reports:
"She'll be held in custody until Thursday. Then she'll be taken around 2 p.m. to Madison County Drug Court. If the drug court officials decide that Portwood is suitable for the drug rehab program, she will be released from custody and entered into the program. (The program is not inpatient and she would be allowed to live with her mother while in treatment.)
Depending on what is determined on Thursday, she could be ordered to participate in the drug program for a minimum of 18 months and a maximum of three years. If at any time she fails to participate and complete the program, she could be sent to jail to serve the entire five-year stayed sentence.

If the drug court decides she is not suitable for treatment, then Portwood would be allowed to return to court and withdraw her guilty pleas and have a trial on the probation violation and the drug possession charge."

Amber's mom, Tonya Portwood, tells E! that she doesn't agree "with the 60-month probation," adding,  "I think they are using her as a prime example to make themselves look good for political reasons...I don't think she should have received the punishment she was given [in the first place]."
